Mumbai/ Ahmedabad
PlayBlue is building India's biggest multi-brand sports destination - and we need someone who can open doors, close deals, and build the kind of partner relationships that last longer than a single season. If you've spent years turning cold conversations into long-term commercial wins, this one's for you.
What you'll own
You're the person who decides which brands and enterprise partners belong in the PlayBlue ecosystem - and then actually makes it happen. That means identifying the right sporting goods retailers, fitness brands, gym chains, and sports academies; building value propositions that make saying yes easy; and then managing those relationships from first call to performance review.
On the brand side, you'll be sourcing and closing collaboration deals - co-branded products, limited editions, strategic placements and making sure every partner feels like they backed the right horse. On the B2B side, you'll be building a scalable playbook for bulk and partnership deals, with clean pricing models, tight contracts, and zero loose ends.
You'll also be the person keeping the rest of the team honest about where the market is going - feeding insights from partners and competitors into product, marketing, and operations so PlayBlue stays ahead.
What we're looking for
6–10 years in B2B partnerships, channel development, or brand collaborations. Sports retail or e-commerce experience is a genuine plus - not just a checkbox. You should know how to structure a deal, manage a partner lifecycle, and build a business case that holds up in a room full of skeptics. A strong network in the sports and fitness ecosystem matters here.
Why now, why PlayBlue
The Indian sports market is at an inflection point, and we're building the platform that captures it. You'll be one of the first people shaping who we partner with and how - which means your fingerprints will be on something that actually matters.
The best sports brands in India will all be in one place. We're building that place. Come be part of it.
Fast-moving, sport-obsessed, building something India's never had. If that sounds like your kind of problem, let’s talk?
